Day Treatment Programs

Day Treatment Program, also known as Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), is a structured and intensive treatment option designed for individuals dealing with mental, emotional, and/or addictive disorders. Unlike full inpatient hospitalization, this program allows clients to benefit from the comprehensive support of a residential treatment facility while still returning home in the evenings.

The PHP typically requires clients to participate in therapy, counseling, and aftercare support for a minimum of six hours per day, five days a week. The services offered are tailored to meet the specific treatment goals of each individual and may include group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, and creative therapies like art or music therapy for emotional processing.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured and comprehensive treatment option for individuals dealing with mental health or substance abuse issues. It provides a higher level of care than traditional outpatient programs but is less restrictive than inpatient or residential treatment.

Our IOPs in can be an effective treatment option for individuals dealing with substance use disorders (SUDs) or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (dual diagnosis). However, whether IOP is the right choice for you or your loved one depends on various factors.

Traditional Outpatient Care

Traditional outpatient treatment for addiction is a form of substance abuse treatment that allows individuals to receive care while still living at home and maintaining their daily routines. This level of care is less intensive than inpatient or residential treatment and may be suitable for individuals with a lower level of addiction severity or those who have completed a more intensive program.

It’s important to note that the appropriateness of traditional outpatient treatment depends on the individual’s specific needs, the severity of their addiction, and their ability to maintain abstinence while living in the community. For some, a step-down approach from more intensive levels of care, such as inpatient or intensive outpatient programs, may involve transitioning to traditional outpatient treatment as part of their overall recovery plan.

Bringing Care to You

Virtual Outpatient Care

A Virtual Intensive Outpatient program can be a beneficial option or a variety of reasons. These programs are flexible, accessible and offer care from virtually anywhere. Our Virtual IOPs are designed for those with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

And while a Virtual IOP is a great option, it may not be for everyone. If a patient begins to show mental instability during treatment, they will be assessed and referred for a higher level of care.
